At Gili Paradise Tours, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
1.1 Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. 1.2 Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. 1.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
2. Operator Cancellations
2.1 If Gili Paradise Tours cancels a service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 2.2 We are not responsible for additional costs such as accommodation or transportation changes due to cancellations.
3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
3.1 If a customer fails to arrive at the designated meeting point on time, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 3.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to check departure times and arrive at the meeting point in advance.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. 4.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 4.3 Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.
