Welcome to Gili Paradise Tours! By booking a tour, transfer, or any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Terms

1.1 These terms apply to all services provided by Gili Paradise Tours, including snorkeling trips, Lombok tours, and horse riding. 1.2 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or through contact via the WhatsApp and Instagram linked. 2.2 A deposit is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. 2.3 Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah and may be subject to change without prior notice. 2.4 We accept PayPal only at this time.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable fees. 3.2 Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. 3.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable. 3.4 In case of operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling.

4. Travel and Safety

4.1 Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. 4.2 We are not responsible for missed departures due to late arrivals. 4.3 Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance, covering potential risks such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost property.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Gili Paradise Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, mechanical issues, or government regulations. 5.2 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during any service. 5.3 Participation in activities such as snorkeling is at your own risk, and customers must follow safety guidelines provided by our team.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6.2 We do not share customer data with third parties, except as required to provide our services.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. 7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the applicable Indonesian courts.
