Pick up from your hotel between 8AM or 9AM from the Gili Islands (Air, Trawangan or Meno) or from any location in Lombok including Bangsal Harbour, Senggigi, Mataram or Kuta

The driver will begin the journey to Tetebatu, with a visit to Batu Bolong Temple overlooking the ocean on the way

Once you are finished, you will continue the drive to Tetebatu which should take around 1 hour 30 minutes from here

After you have arrived, you will be met by a local guide who is going to bring you on a tour around the area for 2 or 3 hours

The tour includes walking amongst serene rice fields, visiting a hidden waterfall where you have the chance to take a dip or snap a few pictures and the opportunity to spot some black monkeys in the lush forest

Next you will stop for a local lunch and enjoy a well earned rest from exploring

The trip will finish with a comfortable drive back your hotel or chosen location in the late afternoon/early evening
